This work proposes and implements a method for simultaneous wavefront sensing of multiple beams using neural networks, which is intended to be used in the petawatt-level coherent beam combination laser systems. Data "figure01.jpg" describes the configuration and the beam distributions of the measurement system. Data "figure02.jpg" describes the data flow of this work. Data "figure03.jpg" shows the structure of the neural networks and the training process. Data "figure04.jpg" and "figure05.jpg" show the performance of the trained neural networks. Data "figure06.jpg" shows the performance of the network in correcting the wavefront aberrations of four-beam laser system. As a comparison, Data "figure07.jpg" shows the performance of traditional SPGD method.
