the aim of this study is to characterize virulence factors of H. pylori from gastroduodenal biopsies of patients as well as correlating molecular, histopathological and microbiological method for identification, another important aspect is to compare the pathogen virulence patters, using phylogenetic tools, in the different geographical areas in our State with different risk factors for gastroduodenal disease.
