本产品为数据应用服务，基于实景三维地图、影像图、电子地图等空间地理数据，通过融合社会治理“人、事、地、物、情、组织”多要素信息资源，以及视频监控、应急资源等联动信息，提供联动工作台、一张图应用、监控中心、大数据分析、数据管理等功能服务，具备“平时”网格信息带图管理和事务处理，“战时”突发公共事件态势研判与应急指挥应用效果

This product is a data application service. Based on spatial geographic data such as real-scene 3D maps, imagery maps and electronic maps, it integrates multi-element information resources covering "people, events, locations, objects, public sentiments and organizations" for social governance, as well as linked information including video surveillance and emergency resources. It provides functional services such as linkage workbench, unified one-map application, monitoring center, big data analysis and data management. It supports two core application scenarios: "peacetime" for grid-based graphical information management and transaction processing, and "wartime" for situation assessment and emergency command of sudden public emergencies.
