Abscisic acid (ABA) is an important endogenous hormone in plants. ABA antagonist could act as seed germination promopter. Our goal is to compare the influence of different chemicals to the transcriptome and gene expression. Ten-day-old Arabidopsis WT (Col-0) seed seedlings were mock-treated or exposed to 0.5% DMSO, ABA or DBSA (a synthetic ABA antagonist). The effect of DBSA was studied by comparison transcriptome date with ABA.
