This folder contains the code used to create figure 6.
This code returns the maximum force among all the bonds and the time at different iterations when simulating dynamics of a bond cluster, for global model and local model. This code also computes the force at critical n for global model (Figure 6 A) and the force at critical d for local model (Figure 6 B) and plots them with the maximum force over time to generate the plots.
This notebook contains the simulation codes, relavent parameters, theoretical estimations and plotting functions.
