资源简介:
Dataset to support chapter 5 in my thesis: Chapter 5 Environmental variability and recruitment dynamics of native and non-native species shape priority effects on fouling communities. The data encompasses a 10 year period where samples of biofouling was measured at Bodega bay, California. Three marinas are situated in the bay and used as separate sites to explore. This dataset contains: - 2 week recruitment data for the three sites - Species presence measured. - Long term data (monthly photos) - species cover measured. - Three years of seasonally starting data. Here the community is surveyed to see the development over a year. Then the survey was repeated. This happened at each site and included starting in 4 different seasons Added to the data columns are species characteristics, dates and day count and sampling id. These 3 files have been organised into long data format with descriptions of each species percentage cover at each time point. Date of data collection: 01/02/2002 - 01/10/2011 Information about the geographic location of data collection: California, Bodega Bay Licence: CC by Ella McKnight University of Southampton orcid.org/0000-0003-3313-3910
