Simulation data, processed source tables, selected trajectories and analysis code for the paper Sequence correlations program microphase contrast in heteropolymer melts. Files heteropolymer_microphase_data.tar (3.3 GB) — full raw output of the production campaigns, mirroring the AWS results bucket. Per run: meta.json, snapshots.csv, structure_factor.npz and trajectory.npz where applicable. Also contains the processed per-figure source tables and the three selected trajectories used for the density-slice and 3D morphology panels. fixed_density_campaign.tar (37 MB) — new in this version. The 30-run fixed-density finite-size study: M = 144/288/576 chains at constant bead density, kappa = 0 and 1, five seeds each, with the box scaled as L(M) = 22 (M/144)^(1/3). Includes all per-run outputs, aggregated analysis tables, and the superseded first execution retained for provenance (six of its runs diverged from overlapping initial placements; see the enclosed README). Supplementary_Data_1_source_tables.zip (25 MB) — new in this version. The Supplementary Data accompanying the article: per-figure source and sensitivity tables, fixed-density per-seed/condition/exact-shell/common-wavevector tables, measurement-validation trajectories, and the figure-generation and reanalysis scripts under analysis_scripts/.
