The Chinese Pharmacopoeia Online Database is an official database established by the National Pharmacopoeia Committee, providing online query services for all versions of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (ChP). The database is divided into four volumes: Volume 1 covers traditional Chinese medicines and their preparations; Volume 2 covers chemical pharmaceuticals; Volume 3 covers biological products; and Volume 4 covers general technical requirements and pharmaceutical excipients. This database serves as the statutory technical standard basis for drug research and development, production, distribution, use, and supervision and management.
