Activin A-induced EMT-like morphology is dependent on p53 status. In order to explore the mechanism of the synergistic effect of activin A and p53 to induce EMT, we used organoids of different p53 genotypes (AKTFPM/LOH, AKTFPM/+) treated with activin A for gene sequencing.
