资源简介:
This record describes the End of Voyage (EOV) archive from the Marine National Facility RV Investigator Charter Voyage IN2015_C02, titled "Great Australian Bight (GAB) deep-water pelagic and benthic ecosystem study." This charter voyage from Port Lincoln (SA) to Fremantle (WA) took place between November 30th and December 22nd, 2015.\n \nData collected:\nAcoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP, 150 KHz), Lowered ADCP (LADCP), CTD, Gravity, EZnet, Hydrology, Atmospheric (Ozone, Radon), Greenhouse (Aerodyne, Picarro), Underway, pCO2, Echosounders (EK60 -18, 38, 70, 120, 200, 333 KHz), Multibeam (EM122, EM710, ME70), SMPS (Scanning Mobility Particle Sizer Spectrometer), XBT and video.\n\nOther Data Collected:\nMultiple Opening Closing Net System (MIDOC), Simrad WideBand Autonomous Transceiver (WBAT, 55 and 90KHz Broadband echosounder on CTD), Profiling Acoustic and Optical System (pLAOS), Integrated Coring Platform (ICP), Isaacs Kid midwater trawl (IKMT), Laser Optical Particle Counter (LOPC), Fisheries/bioacoustics echosounder (EK80), Molecular sequence analyses (Bayesian Evolutionary Analysis Sampling Trees - BEAST).\n\nEOV paper documentation: the CTD, XBT and Hydrology logs were scanned, archived and entered in the records management system TRIM, reference "in2015_c02." ELOG files were generated in .csv format. All voyage documentation is archived at the CSIRO Oceans and Atmosphere Information and Data Centre in Hobart, available electronically to MNF support via the local network "global_docs." Access to voyage documentation for non-CSIRO participants can be made via DataLibrariansOAMNF@csiro.au.\n\nThe archive for the IN2015_C02 EOV data will be held temporarily within the Data Centre in Hobart, with a permanent archive to be located at the CSIRO Data Access Portal (https://data.csiro.au/dap/), providing access to participants and processors of the data collected on the Marine National Facility RV Investigator voyage IN2015_C02.\n\nLineage: Original field data. Raw data received from the MNF Data Acquisition and Processing group and archived at the CSIRO O&A Information and Data Centre (IDC).\n\n38 files in the EK60 directory on the ship science volume were corrupted.\n\nOne folder containing 6 rad van scintillation data files was delivered after the end of voyage.\n\nThe SBP120 Folder has data 499MB, the data is poor quality (not to be used).\n\n ELOG files were generated as csv formatted files and archived.\n\nThe hard drive manifest was received on 19/01/2016 and saved as in2015_c02_manifest_1.0_hardDrive.txt.\nA ship manifest file was received on 18/01/2016: in2015_c02_manifest_1.0_ship_cs.txt.\nThe final manifest file in2015_c02_manifest_1.0_rawVoyage_cs.txt was created on 24/05/2016 following completion of the archiving process.\n\nAdditional missing ME70 data were received and archived on 02/08/2016. A new manifest was produced: in2015_c02_manifest_1.1_rawVoyage_cs_withME70.txt. Total size added 776 files, ; 80,965,723,574 bytes. \n\nFinal manifest count: 1,635,665,827,253 bytes, 230456 files, 6968 folders (11/08/2016).\n\nThe EOV paper documentation was archived and referenced in TRIM, reference "in2015_c02". The archive for the IN2015_C02 EOV data will be held temporarily within the IDC in Hobart, with a permanent archive to be located at the CSIRO Data Access Portal (https://data.csiro.au/dap/).
