Policy change impact on usage of WhatsApp Pay India 2021

In a survey conducted by Local Circles in January 2021, around 91 percent of the participants, fearing data breach, refused to use WhatsApp pay if the controversial policy changes were implemented. The updated privacy policy allowed WhatsApp to share user information with its subsidiaries and third-party businesses.
