Epicardial Hdac3 promotes myocardial growth through a novel microRNA pathway [miRNA-seq]

We report the application of small-RNA sequencing for high-throughput profiling in mouse epicardial cell (MCEC). Total RNA extracted from CTL (EV) and Hdac3 CRISPR/CAS9 knockout (KO) in mouse epicardial cells.
