US IVF clinic price check: which fertility clinics post a self-pay IVF price (2026-09-28)

Every US fertility clinic location that reports to the CDC, with whether its own website posts a self-pay IVF price, the published amount and what it covers, the page it was read from, and the date it was checked. Published by IVFcost.co. This snapshot (2026-09-28): 457 clinic locations in 51 states and territories (every location in the CDC Assisted Reproductive Technology clinic data). Of the 452 checked, 159 post a self-pay IVF price, 283 ask patients to call or book a consultation for pricing, and 10 could not be settled; 5 were not yet checked. Checks ran 2026-09-13 to 2026-09-28. Counts are clinic locations; several locations of one network can share one pricing page. The CDC clinic ID joins this file to CDC ART success-rate tables. Method: for each location, an automated research step finds the clinic's own website and reads its pricing, fees, cost and financing pages. An amount is kept only when the clinic itself publishes it on a clinic-owned page (never a directory, aggregator, review site, cost guide or news article), it is a plausible single-cycle amount (USD 1,000 to 100,000), and the page applies to that location. No number is estimated. Locations are re-checked on a rotation of about two weeks.
