EBC_data: processed energy balance closure datasets from ICOS and NEON eddy-covariance networks

This repository contains processed datasets supporting the analyses and figures presented in the associated publication on energy balance closure (EBC) in eddy-covariance measurements. Data cover 84 sites (38 ICOS, 46 NEON) and include EBC metrics derived from both non-gap-filled and gap-filled half-hourly flux data, along with intermediate half-hourly time series of biomass heat storage, photosynthetic energy uptake, and corrected radiation components. Raw input data are not redistributed here: see EBC_data_README.md and the Related Identifiers section for sources and DOIs.
