资源简介:
Neolamarckia cadamba is an economically important tree used for wood and pulp production, and also used as traditional medicine for the treatment of various ailments. Although it has considerable economic value, N. cadamba still lacks an efficient in vitro plant regeneration system, which is a prerequisite for the vegetative propagation and promotion of elite varieties. Embryogenic callus induction have been demonstrated to be an efficient way for in vitro plant regeneration and genetic transformation. In this study, we performed transcriptome profiling of leaf explant at different culture stages to uncover N. cadamba embryogenesis.
