Top ranked GO Biological Processes terms of SLEPR result for muscle-related tissues in GNF dataset.

Microarray data for GNF human tissues study [41] was analyzed with SLEPR method to compare muscle related tissues (total 4 muscle related tissues selected: Cardiac Myocytes, Heart, Skeletal Muscle, Smooth Muscle) as Inclusion/Target tissue to the rest of tissues (74 other tissues) as Exclusion/Background class for testis-specific GO biological processes, using one-side MADe method for selection of highly expressed genes as sample-level differentiated genes (see Materials And Methods section). 1000 permutations were performed.
