The Tørring 2024 dataset is a dual-sensor accelerometry dataset for human activity recognition (HAR) in children, including those with and without cerebral palsy. It includes data from Axivity AX3 accelerometers (50 Hz, ±8 g) worn on the thigh and lower back, covering 13 activity types such as walking, running, jumping, cycling, and postural activities. Data were collected in lab, gymnasium, and outdoor settings, harmonized into per-subject parquet files with one row per raw accelerometer sample (50 Hz). The dataset comprises 78 participants (46 typically developing, 32 cerebral palsy), 11.7 M samples, 100% labeled, totaling 65.0 hours of labeled data.
