Complete data and analysis package for a study of a mechanically excited, piezo-sensed EEG phantom with interchangeable steel and PLA transmission beams. CONTENTS data_raw/ — 60 raw OpenBCI Cyton serial exports (8 EXG channels, 250 Hz), one per condition: material (steel, PLA) x beam position (top, middle, bottom) x commanded excitation frequency (1–10 Hz). Turkish filename stems: alt = bottom, orta = middle, ust = top, demir = steel. code/ — the full analysis pipeline. analyze_piezo_ml_hp1.py is the primary chain (zero-phase fourth-order 1–40 Hz Butterworth band-pass); analyze_piezo_ml_reference.py is the 0.5 Hz comparison reported in Section 3.6; plus the group-preserving label-permutation test, feature ablation, leave-one-frequency-out and leave-one-position-out sensitivity analyses, the Euler-Bernoulli beam model, and the figure scripts. A MATLAB reference implementation is included under code/matlab/. results/ — run-level feature tables for both high-pass settings, quality-control report, permutation null distributions, ablation results, held-out block predictions, and the processing-sensitivity comparison. figures/, tables/ — the published figures and tables. Those human recordings are not redistributed here; code/fetch_physionet.py downloads them and records SHA-256 checksums for all 30. KNOWN LIMITATIONS OF THIS DATASET Drive voltage, coupling force, beam insertion depth and boundary condition, the physical channel-to-sensor map, and reference/ground placement were not recorded. Each condition was acquired once, so the data support cross-condition comparison but not repeatability estimation. Amplitude values are instrument-scale and not independently calibrated.
