本规程规定了极小种群野生植物的本底调查、野外回归的地点和方式、野外回归材料的准备、野外回归及野外回归管理等。适用于我国所有极小种群野生植物野外回归。

This Regulation stipulates the baseline survey of wild plants with extremely small populations, the sites and methods for field reintroduction, the preparation of field reintroduction materials, field reintroduction practices and post-reintroduction management, etc. It applies to the field reintroduction of all wild plant species with extremely small populations in China.
