[SAMPLE] BIGDBM US Phone Quality Scores with Telecom Carrier Derived Deliverability

A proprietary, data-science derived Phone Quality Level (PQL) score that measures the quality of the phone number(s) associated with an individual in our US Consumer database to ensure the highest levels of deliverability at a fraction of the cost compared to our competitors.

Built using a combination of many factors including, but not limited to:
- telecommunication carrier metrics (active status, carrier, line type, porting event, and others)
- recency and frequency of the phone number and associated linkages found within our large ecosystem of sources
- confidence weighting of individual sources of phone linkages
- 1st party vs 3rd party confidence weighting

The PQL scores are available for all US phone numbers and can be licensed as an append to our US Consumer packages or as a stand-alone package.
