Microbial communities in groundwater of an abandoned industrial site exposed to chlorinated compounds

The samples in this project are part of a microbial community analysis conducted at an abandoned industrial site exposed to chlorinated compounds. The site underwent a plot-scale field study involving the injection of carboxymethyl cellulose stabilized sulfidated nanoscale zero-valent iron. Samples were collected from various monitoring wells at different depths and subsequently sequenced.
