PFTVD 1.0 is a database housing a full-length chili pepper transcriptome atlas derived from long-read sequencing of eight tissues across five developmental stages. It catalogs and annotates 485,351 transcripts, including 450,015 novel ones, reveals tissue/stage-specific expression patterns, and links gene expression dynamics to capsaicin biosynthesis pathways. The database provides tools for exploring transcriptomic and genomic information.
