Mitochondrial Transfer in B Cells: Raw Data

This dataset comprises raw data generated from experiments investigating the therapeutic effects of mitochondrial transplantation in a lupus mouse model with accompanying metabolic dysregulation. The files include:

1. Flow cytometry (FACS) raw numerical data quantifying immunological cell populations and activation status from splenic B cells and other relevant tissues.

2. Original Western blot gel images corresponding to all protein expression analyses included in the manuscript.

3. Raw tissue and cell staining images representing histological evaluation of organ pathology and mitochondrial localisation following transplantation.
