MedSparseFL: Sparse and Privacy-Preserving Federated Learning for Healthcare Applications

This project provides processed data indexes for reproducing experiments from the MedSparseFL study, a sparse and privacy-preserving federated learning framework for healthcare applications. The datasets include CheXpert and HAM10000.
