Mature adipocytes were pretreated with VD for 24h and/or treated with TNFα during 24h. EVs released by adipocytes after TNF treatment were isolated and the miRNAs contained in it were extracted for qPCR analysis. An equal volume of culture media was used to isolate EV and process to miRNA extraction according to manufacturer protocol (Qiagen)
