特殊森林產物之永續利用技術(5/5)- Concentration change monthly for camptothecin in shoots of Camptotheca acuminata planted at Kukeng

AtKukuen, shoots collected from 19 2- year-old plants of Camptotheca acuminate were collected monthly in 2006. They were gounding with methanol, concentrated with vaccum evaporator, resolved in 1 mL methanol. 20 uL of methanol solution were analyzed in Waters HPLC to determine camptothecine (CPT) concentrations. C18 column (Supelco Co.) was used. Mobile phase was 40: 60 of acetonitril to H2O(pH 4.5 adjuste by ammonium acetate). CPT concentrations from Mar to Sep (samples on July did not collect) were 510±218, 811±454, 1321±298, 1076±273, 19424±993, 1958±823 ppm, respectively.
