简介：2024年山东省标杆三级医院DRG、DIP统计数据集。颗粒度精确到科室级，且可按照不同医保类型进行细分。可选择不同医院购买数据使用权。使用权有效期为1年。 数据规模：最大165个字段，DRG数据总数超过11.6万条，DIP数据总数超过22万条。 覆盖范围：数据覆盖全山东省16个城市共39家标杆三级医院近1500个临床专业科室，覆盖出院患者超过500万例，其中城镇职工基本医疗保险患者超过170万例，城乡居民基本医疗保险和新农合患者超过240万例。DRG整体入组率超过98%，DIP整体入组率超过78%（综合病种未纳入计算范围）。 覆盖时间：2024年1月至2024年12月 DRG分组器版本：CN-DRG 2023版本 DIP分组器版本：CHS-DIP 2.0版本Introduction: This is a 2024 DRG and DIP statistical dataset for benchmark tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province. The data granularity is precise down to the department level, and can be subdivided by different medical insurance types. Data usage rights can be purchased for different hospitals, with a validity period of 1 year. Data Scale: The dataset contains up to 165 fields, with more than 116,000 DRG records and over 220,000 DIP records in total. Coverage: The dataset covers nearly 1,500 clinical specialty departments from 39 benchmark tertiary hospitals across 16 cities in Shandong Province, involving more than 5 million discharged patients. Among them, over 1.7 million patients are covered by Urban Employee Basic Medical Insurance (UEBMI), and more than 2.4 million patients are covered by Urban and Rural Resident Basic Medical Insurance (URRBMI) and the New Rural Cooperative Medical System (NRCMS). The overall grouping rate of DRG exceeds 98%, and that of DIP exceeds 78% (comprehensive diseases are excluded from the calculation).
