454 libraries of PCR products for T cell receptors in regulatory and conventional CD4-expressing T lymphocytes

Fractions of the T cell repertoire of wild type (WT) mice or mice engineered for fixing their TCR ß chain by somatic cloning (1D2b) or transgenesis (Vb3Tg) were characterised by sequencing a or ß full clonotypes on the 454 GS FLX Titanium platform, after amplifying TCRs by PCR with a forward primer specific of a family of V segments, and a reverse primer specific of the C segment.
