Pyrolysis-GC/MS data of individual soil aggregates and bulk soil density fractions

Data on the chemical composition of individual soil aggregates and bulk soil density fractions from two soil depths of a forest soil, obtained via Pyrolysis-GC/MS. Information on weight distribution and elemental composition of fractions is provided additionally. For details on individual files please refer to "readme.txt". This dataset was analyzed in the article "Microbe-compound networks reveal soil organic matter and community sub-structure across depths" (in prep).
