资源简介:
Since 2000 TfWM has commissioned regular surveys to monitor public perceptions and attitudes towards public transport - finding out what aspects of sustainable transport provision the public think are important and identifying customer priorities in order to help target investment in the future.
The 2019 survey has been designed to reflect these changes looking not only at the future priorities of public transport users but those of car drivers. An important part of the research will also be to test the public’s ‘appetite’ for some of TfWM’s innovation activities around connected and autonomous vehicles, account-based ticketing, network resilience, demand responsive transport, mobility as a service and low emission vehicles.
