The Customer Experience Index aims to facilitate the differentiation of companies achieving similar results and to identify real quality leaders on a scale from 0 to 1000. Companies from the analyzed industries in Poland achieved results in the range of 600-800 points concerning such features as availability and selection of products, ease of placing an order, satisfaction with the purchase, and willingness to recommend the shop to friends. In 2023, the experience quality leader was Bonito, followed by Allegro, and TaniaKsiążka.
