Prorocentrum donghaiense RNA-seq and microRNA sequencing Raw sequence reads. Prorocentrum donghaiense

Dinoflagellate Prorocentrum donghaiense was grown using L1 and L1-phosphate media. In order to study how this species cope with phosphate stress in molecular level, samples were collected for RNA-seq and microRNA sequencing under each condition. This is raw reads data of the project.
