To analyze chromosome abnormalities of 8-cell embryos with/without aphidicolin treatment, we performed single cell replication sequencing (scRepli-seq). This submission is similar to our submission GSE226309. Overall design: Treatments for embryos, (1) in vivo from the oviduct: [In vivo development zygotes were collected from the oviducts of pregnant mice that had been induced to superovulate and mated with male mice.] (2) Treatment: 4-cell embryos were treated with DMSO (without aphidicolin) or aphidicolin (75 ng/ml) during 4-cell stage. Each single-cell of 8-cell embryos was collected by mouth pipette under the microscopy. Metadata for each single-cell sample can be found in the supplementary file "BDF1_Aphidicolin_metadata.txt.gz"
