SARS-CoV-2 Microscopy Images Database

This repository contains a database of SARS-CoV-2 electron microscopy images, ground truth annotations, and segmentation results developed for deep learning–based semantic segmentation research.

This dataset may support future research in:

medical image analysis,

artificial intelligence,

semantic segmentation,

virology,

microscopy image processing,

explainable AI for biomedical imaging.

Repository Contents

The repository is organised into one folder:

·       Original microscopy images of the SARS-CoV-2 virus; 3.

·       Ground Truth Images from microscopy images of the SARS-CoV-2 virus for artificial intelligence applications

·       Segmentation results generated using CNN, GVF, and PIG approaches.
