The goal of this study is to provide the liver metabolic changes in the liver specific Atf4 knockout MUP-uPA (MUP-uPA/Atf4deltahep) mice and understand the function of ATF4 in the stressed liver RNAs were extracted from livers of 6 week-old Wild Type (Atf4F/F), Atf4deltahep, MUP-uPA/Atf4F/F, and MUP-uPA/Atf4deltahep for RNA-seq analysis.
