Jamboree - TF-TG relation annotation dataset

For the jamboree session we have prepared a collection of PubMed abstracts enriched with records describing TF-TG relations. These records were automatically labeled with gene/protein mentions using GnormPlus. Mentions are also normalized automatically to Entrez Gene identifiers (“Note” field content corresponds to these identifiers). These records have been uploaded to the BRAT annotation tool in order to create annotation bunches that should be annotated during the jamboree. The BRAT annotation server is at: http://temu.bsc.es/hackathon-greekc/brat/#/bunches-methods/ This file contains the records in BRAT annotation format to be used by the other workshop organizers in order to set up an online annotation mirror (Fabio Rinaldi, Uni Zurich).
