Analysis of the OR-join Survey Results: 14 situation, 37 participants, 5 Or-join policies
收藏资源简介:
Data analysis of the survey conducted to analyse the expected OR-join semantics in BPMN models and how these relate to five different semantics (OR-join policies). There are 14 situations labeled DI01, DI02, . . . , DI14 answered by 37 participants, labeled P16, P18, . . . , P70. The participants are not numbered consecutively, e.g., P17 does not exist. These identifiers correspond to invitations. Next to the 37 participants, also five OR-join policies described were used to answer the questions: (1) State-space, (2) BPMN, (3) Naïve, (4) Post Dom, and (5) Total Order (returning "unknown" if the BPMN is not well-ordered). The file "statistics-OR-join-paper-zenodo.xlsx" contains an Excel workbook with 10 worksheets. For each worksheet in the Excel workbook also a separate xlsx file is added. name short description correlation-participants Correlation 37 participants and 5 policies based on 14 answers. correlations-models Correlation of the 14 models (i.e., OR-join situations). definition-distances Distances between the different policies. manhattan-dist-part Manhattan distance between the 37 participants and 5 policies (based on answers). euclidean-dist-part Euclidean distance between the 37 participants and 5 policies (based on answers). mutual-information-models Mutual information between the 14 models (i.e., OR-join situations), i.e., the reduction in uncertainty knowing the results for one model, predicting another model. entropy-models The entropy values of the answers given for each situation. Higher valuescorrespond to a lack of consensus. Theil's U models Theil’s Uncertainty Coefficient U for the 14 models (i.e., OR-join situations). Valuesclose to 0 indicate independence. Higher values indicate that the situation repre-sented by the j-th column reduces the uncertainty regarding the situation repre-sented by the i-th row. mutual-information-participants Mutual information between the 37 participants and 5 policies, , i.e., the reduction in uncertainty knowing the results for one participant, predicting another participant. Theil's U participants Theil’s Uncertainty Coefficient U for the 37 participants and5 policies. The numbers indicate the relative reduction in uncertainty for thefeature represented by row Xi, knowing the feature represented by column Xj.
