High-resolution Cell Atlas of Pig Lung and Online Exploring Platformfor Lung Single Cell

Lung is a complex and important multifunctional organ in the body of an animal. It not only undertakes the function of gas exchange, but also has the functions of defense, metabolism, immunity and endocrine. Here, we applied scRNA-seq technology to study the cellular heterogeneity of 3 months old pig lungs and identify the special marker of each cell type. We constructed cell-specific transcription factor regulation networks in all cell clusters, and further analyze the immune cell-cell communications. We presented a complicated online database named scdbLung, where we characterized the cell subpopulations and corresponding molecular characteristics. scdbLung is composed of following modules: Marker, Cluster. Overall, we reported, the first single cell online resources for lung atlas, which could help us understand the differentiation and development of lung cells.
