This dataset contains source data obtained during research under the project UMO-2021/43/D/ST8/01491 "Research on the influence of the polymer composites processing conditions on the stabilizing effect of functional plant-derived fillers", relating to research results described in the publication "How the dimensions of plant filler particles affect the oxidation-resistant characteristics of polyethylene-based composite materials", DOI: 10.3390/ma17194825.As part of the research work carried out, measurements were carried out using the following methods:- DPPH - Antioxidant activity DPPH method- TPC - Total phenolic content Folin-Ciocalteu method- FTIR - Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy- BET - Surface area analysis using the BET method- microscopy - Optical microscopy- TGA - thermogravimetry- residual-mass - mass residue after firing of composites, marked in % - DSC_OIT - Oxygen induction time raw data from DSC- FTIR_CI - FTIR spectra used to determine Carbonyl Index (CI) values- tensile - Static tension test- impact - Impact strength- CA - Contact angle analysis Data contains a readme.txt file containing essential information about sample assignment and measurement methods.
