American MTurk responses to hope, fear, efficacy and control climate change videos (July 2018)

This dataset contains responses to an MTurk survey exploring American attitudes toward climate change. Participants were randomly assigned 1 of 4 videos (hope, fear, efficacy and control) and their emotional responses, climate change risk perceptions, behavioral intentions and activism intentions were recorded. The dataset also includes participant categorization into the Six Americas of Global Warming framework.
