Elymus nutans Raw sequence reads

To further elucidate the mechanisms underlying the differential cold tolerance in two E. nutans, the tolerant Damxung (DX) and the sensitive Gannan (GN). Twenty-four cDNA libraries were created from three independent biological samples of four treatments (0 h, 3 h, 24 h, and 5d) and sequenced using Illumina HiSeqTM 4000 sequencing platform. The present study not only provide new insights into plant cell complex defense mechanisms under cold stress in E. nutans, but also provide potential candidate genes for genetic improvement of the cold senesitive herbages and crops.
