Adoption of AI Chatbots by Users: A Systematic Literature Review on User Experience and Human Factors This repository contains xlsx sheets showing how the SLR process was conducted during our research process that resulted in the article "Adoption of AI Chatbots by Users: A Systematic Literature Review on User Experience and Human Factors" File content: Inside of the folder provided, we have ten files containing different contents: Criteria & RQs : This file contains a table recording the inclusion and exclusion criteria and the RQs used during the research. ACM_IEEE_selection : This file contains a table with the DOI of every article found using the search string in the ACM and IEEE digital libraries and whether it was selected by title and/or abstract for screening. Springer_selection : This file contains a table with the DOI of every article found using the search string in the Springer digital librarie and whether it was selected by title and/or abstract for screening. RQL : This file contains a table with all RQs answered by one of the researchers (Lívia Lutz) using the filtered articles from ACM and IEEE digital libraries. RQB : This file contains a table with all RQs answered by one of the researchers (Breno Lois Matos) using the filtered articles from Springer digital library. RQ_total : This file contains a table with all combined RQs answered by the pair of researchers who conducted the screening process (Lívia Lutz and Breno Lois Matos) RQ3.1 : This file contains a table with the articles IDs, the kind of study (journal or conference), how each one answered RQ3.1 and the number of participants each study had. Graphs : This file contains images of graphs used to illustrate data in the article Count : This file contains a table with the name of every journal/conference we found relevant articles from and the number of articles analysed from each. Tecnologias: This file contains a table with the ID and the type of chatbot examined in each article reviewed. This paper matches the latest version of the dataset. Following the steps corresponded to the stated order of the files above, it is possible to reproduce the selection process for another research.
