Dengue, chikungunya, and Zika case notification data from Brazil at the weekly- and municipality-level over 2013-2020, with matched socioeconomic, human connectivity, climate, and meteorological conditions
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains weekly aggregated, non-identifiable case notification data for chikungunya (CHIKV), dengue (DENV), and Zika (ZIKV) virus cases reported in Brazil between 2013 and 2020 at the municipality-level. The original non-aggregated data came from the national information system for notifiable diseases (http://portalsinan.saude.gov.br, SINAN: Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação). In addition to the infectious disease data, the files include matched socioeconomic, climate, centrality metrics, and population-weighted meteorological data for each week and municipality. The methods for data extraction, collation, and matching are described below and in the paper “Spatiotemporal relationships between extreme weather events and arbovirus transmission across Brazil”. The code to accompany this dataset is available at “https://github.com/mrc-ide/Brazil-arbovirus-meteo.”
