The analysis was performed in 2 parts: a descriptive analysis of the response within each adjuvant group and an analysis at the individual subject level. We used blood transcriptional modules to perform interpretation of the results. Overall design: There are 924 samples from 112 subjects, divided into 5 adjuvant groups: respectively 18, 23, 28, 22 and 21 in the AS01B, AS01E, AS03A, AS04 and Alum groups, respectively. Subjects were injected with 2 doses of Hepatitis B + adjuvant at Day 0 (D0) and Day 30 (D30). Whole blood samples were collected at the following time points: D0 pre-vaccination (D0_pre), D0 3 to 6 hours post-vaccination (D0_post), D1, D14, D30 pre-vaccination (D30_pre), D30 3 to 6 hours post-vaccination (D0_post), D31, D33 and D37.
