Biomimetic Lipid Nanoparticles for RNA delivery

Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have emerged as a clinically validated nonviral RNA delivery platform. LPNs were integrated with cancer cell membrane derived nanovesicles, also termed nanoghosts (CCM-NGs) in a core-shell system (BLNPs). We confirm the formation of hybrid core-shell particles and assess their structural features on the nanoscale. by Small-Angle X-Ray Scattering (SAXS) experiments on CCM-NGs, mRNA-LNPs, and on BLNPs.
