DEAD-box RNA helicases regulate RNA silencing and plant immunity and are manipulated by RNA silencing suppressor of powdery mildew fungus

Total RNA was extracted from WT barley GP and transgenic lines RH37i-12, RH52i-18, and RH37i-RH52i-4 (obtained by hybridizing RH37i and RH52i) with three biological replicates for each genotype.
