We carried out genome-wide analysis of cellular gene expression changes in response to ectopic expression of HIV-1 Tat and mutant TatC22G proteins. Overall design: Study of HIV-1 Tat and mutant TatC22G proteins influence on host genes expression in lymphoblastoid B cell line RPMI 8866. Mock RPMI 8866 cells and cells expressing EGFP were used as controls. Three replicates in each group.
