Worker-dependent gut symbiosis in an ant.

Diacamma sp. is one of the ant species with eusociality. In this project, we tried to reveal the community structure of microbiota among each caste, worker, queen, and male, in Diacamma sp., based on bacterial 16S amplicon sequencing analysis using a Illumina sequencer.
