资源简介:
This research explored the world of Micro-XCT imaging to produce an intact and structurally sound scaffold STL file created from a porcine biopsy. This was then bioprinted using a combination of a collagen hydrogel and a mixture of fibroblast cells and showed a preservation of the fibroblast cells. a digital pipeline was employed to reconstruct a 3D printable model of an ADS scaffold from micro-XCT scans of porcine dermis scaffold samples. This approach allowed for the accurate translation of natural ECM structures into a digital format, enabling a consistent scaffold design. Three porcine samples were scanned, digitally processed, and converted into 3D models suitable for bioprinting. The models were bioprinted using collagen mixed with primary human dermal fibroblast cells (PHDFs).
