CBX2 regulates the tumor immune microenvironment of high grade serous carcinoma. Through genetic knockdown and overexpression, we discovered that CBX2 regulates immune regulated genes, promotes macrophage polarization, and phagocytosis. Overall design: Small hairpin RNA used to knockdown CBX2 in PEO1 cells. The gene expression profiles of PEO1 parental and a CBX2 knockdown cell lines were compared using RNAseq with two replicates for each.
